Why is my reflection someone I don't know?

On the stormy night, a pair of amethyst purple eyes gazed around the tavern. It was quiet tonight, too quiet. And it bugged him a bit. Looking around, he saw a few girls coming towards him, well, the bar of the tavern. He sipped more of the sweet nectar type elixir.   Sighing softly he looked at the girls. One of them seemed to notice him, because she walked up to him. "Hey there, handsome." she said, giving him a wink. He simply chuckled and said in his smooth voice "Hello, love." Another sip. "And how are you on this fine night, my dear?" he asked her, looking her over Attractive she is...  He licked his lips a bit to get the excess nectar-type elixir off his lips. "Don't waste time, do you?" she asked, a slight smirk on her own lips. Now Axel was confused. "Hmm?" the woman gave a slight giggle "Too innocent for your own good, huh?" She asked.

Somehow I cannot hide, who I am, though I've tried

Tilting his head he smiled and said "Apparently so..." Just then, he heard someone coming through the door of the tavern...
