Singing: Singing is a part of a siren's song and helps her lure in her bait with just the right tone. Athena is constantly getting told that her talent is just stunning and uses that to boost her confidence.

Weak Minded Men: The dumber the man the easier it is for her to use them to her advantage. She always seeks out the bigger more masculine ones who she has always marked down as the less intelligent.

Night: Athena has always been a huge lover of the night. The still serenity and sparkling stars above her head have always been a favorite time for her since she had been a child. It has also provided her with cover when escaping from inns and stables she had been forced to work at.

Attention: Athena is an attention whore to the marrow in her bone. She will do anything to get herself in the spotlight whether it be feigning to injure herself or singing as loud as she can to capture her audience's focus.

Sexist Males: She believes she is equal if not better than men as she can usually have them under her spell with just a bat of her eyelashes. Amnesia: When Athena cannot remember a night because she drank too much elixir or just was too tired to bother to remember it she gets pretty frustrated with herself. She likes to try to keep an up to date log about her 'services' and when she cannot fill out one night she will go insane until she figures something out. If she cannot put the puzzle together she will eventually give up and fill in some make belief story to substitute her memory gap.

Snakes: Even if she is a serpent with a double sided sword for a tongue Athena cannot stand snakes. She has always had a deathly fear of snakes due to be bitten by a poisonous one and nearly dying from the venom. She will kill any that come here way with no second thoughts.

Airhead Females: Athena just does not tolerate females that are airheads. She considers them unworthy of her time and if she sees them and will turn to opposite way to make a point. She feels anyone can fix their stupidity, but certain people like to embrace it.

Flat Shoes: Athena loves to make herself taller and have sexier legs therefore she refuses to wear flat shoes. She cannot look at sandals or anything with flat soles. She is often found wearing laced up black leather wedged boots.

Men: Since her game includes her being the cat and a man becoming the mouse she often finds herself favoring men over women. They are rougher and easier to take control of in her book.
Greed: Athena wants any and all wealth she can get her manicured fingers on. She does not share and can barely scrape up enough to feed and care for her horse much less spend anything.
Vanity: Athena is beyond vain quite truthfully. She is often found worrying over her hair or eyes and making sure her clothes look perfect without a wrinkle or ruffle out of place. She also has a habit of showing off her features even when she is not intending to.

Focus: Athena has been granted the gift of focus by her parents. She is able to keep her mind on any one thing until it is done or she no longer desires to care for it. This comes extremely handy when she is trying to get information out of a certain human being.
Seducing Another Human: Athena has practiced this skill through her childhood and prides herself on having mastered very well. She finds it very easy to wrap a man, or woman, around her finger and kept pulling tighter until she gets what she wants.
Acting Innocent: Athena has also learned to master her act of being an innocent girl who is lost and has no idea what is going on. When she is traveling she is often in this mind set so the strangers she chats with do not suspect that she may need something from them.

Any Insects: Athena has always been afraid of any insect, even a butterfly or ladybug. To her they are all cleverly disguised evil souls waiting for the right moment to kill her.
Death: Athena has a very dangerous job in her mind and is constantly wary of the fact that if someone was to find out she was someone's spy that they would send someone out to kill her. She is often very careful and giving any of victims elixirs so they do not remember her at all.

Spy: Athena likes to keep the fact that she is a spy for anyone who pays her a secret because she does not want to be killed. It is her 'secondary' job though, something she does in her free time.
She is partly lesbian: Athena does not like to tell people she is lesbian because she was always made fun of it when she was growing up. She leans more towards women when it comes to having an actual spouse but will not say so openly.

Great Spy: Athena aspires to be the kind of spy to get information out of someone with just a couple words. But Athena does not want to be a known spy. She would rather remain under the radar instead of sought after frequently.
Marry a Woman: Athena does hope she can marry a woman and live carefree without judgement even if she cannot admit it out loud. Deep down she really does want to settle down with a nice lady and just live happily, but it might take her some time to realize that.

Manipulative: Athena is a master at manipulating any human really. Being a spy has formed her to use anything she can to get someone to bend to her will, whether it be an actual object or having to blackmail them. When she gets into this mindset she loses any compassion or sympathy she might have felt if she was not on a mission. She becomes a cold machine focused on what she has been paid to do but nothing more.
Untruthful: Very rarely does Athena actually say the truth. Because her job is to deceive she has built up a habit of lying. She does not even recognize it at this point anymore. She just goes with whatever would help her gain the most respect in her mind.
Sarcastic: This is one edge of her two sided tongue. She is constantly sarcastic without even realizing it half the time. After all that she has been through in life when people act dumb or happy in front of her she morphs into a sarcastic bitch to try to defend herself against those emotions infiltrating her.

Untrusting: After the people so close to her were hung for crimes she never knew about Athena grew wary and pushed away anyone that she might care about in fear of losing them just like she did her 'sisters.' History:

0-15 years:
Athena had been born into an abusive household. Her mother had been held against her will by her father and she constantly saw her mother getting hit and beat. She was often left in her crib or locked in her room as protection from the violence. But even through that thick oak door she could hear the gasps of pain from her mother and the angry shouts from her fathers fits of rage. She was not allowed out of the house and was to stay in her room at all times. Finally her mother got hit hard enough that she had taken Athena by the arm and dragged them both out of the house. They ended up on the streets. They were homeless, hungry, cold, and miserable but safe. They had fled far away from her father until they reached the outskirts of the wealthy county. Her mother had gotten a job as an innkeeper at this point and was often not able to watched Athena. Athena usually spent her days wandering the streets crying, trying to find a place to stay. When her mother finally scraped up enough money to buy an apartment with one room and a tiny kitchen they both moved in gratefully. But soon keeping a job as an innkeeper was not enough to support them. Her mother took yet another job as a stable hand to the point where she was only home for about six hours. Athena had to find creative ways to entertain herself stuck in a cold stone building by herself.

16-25 years:
As Athena grew older she grew restless as well. Being cooped up in the freezing building had started to wear down on her. She started going out into the streets just so she wouldn't end up hanging herself from boredom. During one of these days of her traveling she had run into a group of about five girls a couple of years older than her. Athena had looked at them curiously and they took her in under their arms and became the older sisters she never had. Every day when her mother ran out to work Athena would creep out to meet her new friends every morning. They went around shopping and gave Athena luxuries she had not had since her mother and she had run away. She got new shoes, clothes, and a new love. They fed her and they treated her as if she was her own little sister. This was the everyday schedule until one day they had not come to her door to meet her. As she walked to the town square she heard whispers of five girls being hanged for treason. When she walked to the very center of the town she saw each of their limp bodies with nooses tied around their necks. When she first saw their pale bloodless faces a small butterfly had landed on her shoulder. She whacked it away quickly. Athena had broken down into hysterics screaming harsh words at anyone who dare try to comfort her. When she got home her mother explained to her why they had to be killed. They had been nothing but mere spies from the poor district seeking to destroy the town she lived in. Defiant and enraged by such injustice she had run away from her home.

26-42 years:
Athena had traveled to the poor district to see if she could get any straight answers from the people there. But every one of the people there was too frightened to speak. So Athena had gone to the leader of the District. When she asked him what had happened to her friends he had merely turned his head away and did not respond for a long while. After that time he said if she served him as a spy for a few years he would explain all that had gone down. After a few years of collecting information from the rich county about their plans on how they were going to attack the poor district she had gone to the leader expecting answers. But he refused to tell her, stating that she was too young to know about such matters. Enraged Athena slaughtered the leader and any chances she might have at finding what had truly happened to her friends. Depressed and betrayed Athena returned to the wealthy district hoping to start over but she was well aware that no such thing was possible. Athena had come back to relive painful moments and scarring memories, to torture herself for ruining the chance to avenge her 'sisters.' Sobbing through the streets offering her services as a spy was how she spent her days from then on, and how she still lives.
