Certification Procedures

Paperwork represents official proof for many Alcrystan systems, each unique to their recipients. Scroll down in this thread or click the relevant link to jump directly to an example template:

When a character or member receive their first document, a staff member will create their individual Certification thread titled after their display name. Members only require Certification threads if they sign an OOC contract made by a lawyer.
Lawyers may utilize our generic document table if desired.
Each document receives its own post and the first post in the thread functions as an index.
If the purpose behind their paperwork is revoked, such as forfeiting their business or transferring ownership of their horse, then the related post is archived.
If a document applies to multiple characters or members, such as a contract with several parties or co-owners of an establishment, then the paperwork is added into the Certification thread of each participant.
Post in Invocation to report any errors in your thread and a staff member will make any necessary corrections.
