[PTab=Attorney-At-Law]General Information
- Meetings that pertain to legal matters should be posted in The Salorium with the label "Legal" and have Sabine Aris Oana Ishtar tagged in them.
- A deposit must be placed when ordering a service that is equal to 50% of the final charge. The deposit is nonrefundable. Once the service is complete, the remaining 50% must be paid before your services are activated IC.
- Payment must be clearly stated and agreed upon in an IC discussion between Sabine and her clients unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Once the agreement begins, Sabine will request 50% of the coin be transferred via Invocation. It is not the responsibility of the client to have their coin transferred.
- Once the agreed upon service has been completed, Sabine will request the remaining 50% (along with any other additional fees) be transferred to her via Invocation.
- Sabine makes absolutely no guarantees that there will not be loopholes within her written contracts or that your lawsuit will end in your favor. Her fee covers the work that she does, but she can not promise any specific outcome in proceedings.
Marriage Certificates & Prenuptial Agreements
- A basic marriage certificate will include the names of the marrying couple as well as their signatures and the date. Sabine will also be required to sign the marriage certificate as a notary and witness.
- Should you wish to use Sabine's basic marriage certificate or your own marriage certificate, the total cost will be 20 coins.
- If you wish for Sabine to draft a brand new marriage certificate for your union, the total cost will be 40 coins.
- Prenuptial agreements are completely optional. If you wish to have one, they must be negotiated between the marrying couple and Sabine in an IC post. Once terms have been settled upon, Sabine will draft the agreement and have it notarized for a total of 30 coins. All parties must sign the document before it is notarized.
- Sabine will notarize a prenuptial agreement written by a third party. In this case, it is not necessary to have a negotiation thread. The cost for notarizing an agreement written by a third party is 10 coins.
- Whether Sabine writes your prenuptial agreement or not, there must be an interaction that decides which person will be paying her fee. One person can pay it or it can be split, but this must be decided (IC or OOC) before any deposit is made.
Divorces
- For disagreements over the separation of properties, Sabine can be hired as a mediator. The cost is 14 coins from each person, adding up to 28 coins total. She will do her best to help each side end up with what is legally theirs in the shortest time possible. Regardless of results, the fee must be paid.
- Negotiations must take place IC in either the couples home or the Salorium.
- If staff involvement is needed due to disagreements between the role-players of the characters, please handle them OOC before moving forward in this negotiation IC.
- Sabine may be hired by one person involved in the divorce to search for loopholes in a prenuptial agreement. Her general fee for this service is 30 coins. She will do the best she can to find any loopholes, but the fee must be paid regardless of results.
- There may be loopholes purposely placed in prenup's in fear of divorce. Carefully consider your prenup before you agree to a divorce.
- Note that prenups can be voided by a secondary or amended document. It would be beneficial to have an amendment to your prenup drafted if you are considering a divorce. The amendment must be agreed upon by both parties. Sabine will draft an amendment to a prenup for 20 coins.
- Custom divorce papers can be drafted and notarized for 30 coins. These papers can include which partner filed the papers, the date of marriage and separation, information on the children of the couple, separation of properties, shared debts, reason for divorce, custody requests, and more. One person can pay the fee or it can be split, but this must be decided (IC or OOC) before any deposit is made.
- Divorce documents written by a third party can be notarized by Sabine for 10 coins.
Lawsuits
- In order to file a lawsuit, you must send a written letter to a Judge. Sabine will draft this letter for 26 coins. The letter should include how you were wronged and by who, what compensation you want and why, and any other information you would like to disclose. The result of your letter is not guaranteed by any means.
- If you are being sued, Sabine can also construct a counter-Lawsuit letter. This should include why you were not in the wrong. This can be that you simply did not commit the act or that you had a good reason behind it. Defend yourself with any information you decide to disclose. Because of the time constraint on counter-Lawsuits, Sabine may not always be available. If she is available the charge is 34 coins. If she is not available, there is nothing she can do to assist you at that time.
Appeals to Lawsuits
- If you feel the ruling on your lawsuit was unfair, Sabine can draft an Appeal letter to hopefully have a Judge revoke the original decision. The cost for drafting an appeal letter is 20 coins.
- In your appeal, you should include any defense you can for the lawsuit you lost. You may sue the opposing character in your appeal if you wish. Keep in mind that you can not appeal an appeal and this will be your final chance at retribution. Sabine can not guarantee any outcome, but payment is due after the submission.
Contracts
- Sabine will write and/or notarize any kind of contract, from personal to business related. Each written contract can cost between 10 and 75 coins. This depends on the details involved and how tight-knit you want the contract to be.
- If writing this contract involves negotiations, Sabine will require an extra fee of 14 coins from each party involved.
- Notarizing any contract written by a third party can be done for only 10 coins. The person signing the document or the person who wants the document signed can pay for the notary.

[PTab=Alchemy Information]General Information
- Sabine's alchemy business revolves around experimentation. There are a variety of different potions that can be created, but the recipes are not as easy to find as the ingredients. If you would like to purchase potions or ingredients off of Sabine, please make sure to read all of this information thoroughly.
- When purchasing an "experimentation slot", 50% of the payment is due before Sabine completes the experiment. When purchasing a premade potion, the entire payment must be transferred before the potion is handed over. Sabine is in charge of transferring payment through Invocation. For this reason, the price must be agreed upon IC or OOC before the purchase.
- Any thread involving Sabine's alchemy business must be posted within the Salorium with the label "Alchemy" unless otherwise agreed upon.
Known Recipes
- Below are all of the recipes that are currently known to Sabine, whether they are publicly known or were discovered by her. These are the only potions that can be guaranteed to function properly if purchased through an experimentation route. Prices for creating a new potion are listed below as well and are subject to increase or decrease at any given time.

- Synesthesia - 60 Coins
Experimentation Purchases
- If you would like to purchase a potion from Sabine that isn't in her Potion Cabinet, you will be purchasing an experimentation. This will cause Sabine to go and hopefully create the potion that you are looking for. If you order a potion listed above, the outcome is guaranteed. If you order a potion that is not listed above, Sabine can make no promises for the outcome of the experimentation. She will, however, inform you of the effect the potion will have.
- This purchase should preferably be made IC, but it can also be made OOC. Your item will be delivered in whichever way it was ordered, whether IC or OOC. There are certain benefits to ordering IC, particularly getting a more thorough explanation of what the potion you have purchased will do. This is terribly important if the experiment was unsuccessful and created a toxic potion.
- In the event that your experimentation was unsuccessful and created a toxic potion, you may be entitled to some of your money back. A maximum of 50% of the payment can be returned if you choose to not collect the potion; Sabine would retain the toxic potion. This means that you would pay 50% of the payment before the potion was complete and nothing after the potion was created. If you choose to accept the toxic potion, none of the payment will willingly be returned.
- Below is a list of the information I will need in order to allow an experimentation purchase. Make sure that this information is clearly stated both IC and in an OOC note.
- Potion Name: If you want a specific potion, make sure to write it's name here. If you want Sabine to just randomly experiment with ingredients of your choosing, you can disregard this.
- Specifics of the Potion: If you only want certain ingredients used, if you want a purposefully weak or toxic potion, make sure all of that information is included.
- Overall Cost: The cost of the experimentation purchase must be agreed upon where staff can reference it before experimentation begins.
- Other: Any other information regarding your potion should be included both IC and OOC.
Potion Cabinet
- Potions within the Potion Cabinet are often for sale. If no price is listed next to them, they are not for sale. Any questions can be directly to Sabine about the sell/purchase of potions. Since these potions are already in Sabine's inventory, the potion will be transferred as soon as payment is received. When you order your potion, whether IC or OCC, make sure the below information is included.
- Potion Name: To make sure you get the right potion!
- Potion ID Number: There will sometimes be multiple potions of the same name in the potion cabinet. There may be a full strength, weak, and toxic version of that potion. The ID number helps me determine which one you want.
- Overall Price: As always, price must be stated where staff can reference it.
- Other: Any other information that is important to this purchase.
- The potion cabinet is currently empty. Check back later!
Ingredient Warehouse
- Every ingredient Sabine has can be found here, as well as where she got it. This may be a OOC purchase, an IC purchase, a Interactive thread, etc. Sabine is not above selling ingredients of that she has no use. She will often sell them to people who are in a bind and can't wait for them. Whatever the reason, always ask! The purchase should preferably be done IC, but there is no harm being OOC. Sabine has the right to refuse purchase or negotiate your price.
